I think I have more of a question for the hubby- how does he feel about the rampant drug problem on the rigs, and how does he deal with the arseholes who are abusing? Do they have policy, is this his problem, and if so, what's the tolerance? As a woman geo, I'm pretty interested and want to run a tight ship, and let's be honest, it's hard to get these guys to listen to a lady.
